ALL ABOUT MRS. EKLUND
Hi! My name is Mrs. Melissa Eklund!
This is my seventh year teaching 1st grade at Patriot Elementary. I love being a lion!

I completed the CADRE Project & earned my Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Nebraska Omaha! Prior to that, I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Education & Human Sciences with an Elementary Education Endorsement.
I’m from Texas, but I now live in Omaha with my husband (Ben), our son (August), & our daughter (Indie). I enjoy traveling, dancing, reading, learning, cooking, graphic design, watching basketball, & being with family & friends.
I cannot wait to get to know your child &
